Download FlashAir^™ W-04 Software Update Tool (for Mac OS) 'FlashAirFWUpdateToolV4_v40004_Km.zip'.
When using Safari, 'FlashAirFWUpdateToolV4_v40004_K.app' appears automatically. Depending on your environment or setting, 'FlashAirFWUpdateToolV4_v40004_K.app' may not appear. If 'FlashAirFWUpdateToolV4_v40004_K.app' does not appear, double-click 'FlashAirFWUpdateToolV4_v40004_Km.zip' to unzip it.
Drag and drop the unzipped 'FlashAirFWUpdateToolV4_v40004_K.app' onto the required installation folder (for example, 'Applications' folder).

Windows

Download FlashAir^™ W-04 Software Update Tool (for Windows ) 'FlashAirFWUpdateToolV4_v40004_Cw.zip'.
Right-click the downloaded 'FlashAirFWUpdateToolV4_v40004_Cw.zip' and select 'Extract All...'. Select a destination to save the extracted folder and click 'Extract'.
Double-click 'FlashAirFWUpdateToolV4_v40004_C.exe' in the extracted folder and Installation Wizard will launch.
Follow the instructions from Installation Wizard and install the Tool.
